Our Product Delivery Guarantee

Purpose

Orders are generally processed much more quickly than the guarantee below. However, we have a guarantee to indicate what the absolute worst-case scenario is.

The Guarantee

Creative Softworx, Inc. guarantees that a serial number and download instructions will be sent within 4 hours if your order is placed between 8AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday or the software is free. Orders placed outside of this time range are guaranteed to be filled within 12 hours or within 4 hours of the start of the next business day, whichever is less.

Terms and Conditions

This offer is not valid to any anonymous e-mail address (hotmail.com, rocketmail.com, yahoo.com, iname.com, gmail.com, etc.) Creative Softworx, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or alter this guarantee without notice.
Purchaser must provide Creative Softworx, Inc. with a valid e-mail address to deliver permanent serial number and download instructions.
Order may be delayed to reduce credit card fraud if order form entries seem irregular.
Maximum value of this guarantee is $38.95 or the cost of the software, whichever is less.
Shipping and handling costs are not included in this guarantee.
The actual time the order was submitted to the secure server and the time that the e-mail was sent will be used to determine the applicability of this guarantee. Creative Softworx, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost or delayed e-mails. Creative Softworx, Inc. also not assume responsibility for the e-mail being blocked by an e-mail filter. If you use e-mail filtering software, you may want to disable it while your order is being processed or whitelist all e-mail from creativesoftworx.com
