Main Window
This screen shot shows Capture Professional's main window. Editing features are hidden in this screen shot. This image was marked up using Capture Professional's Filled Shape and Edit Object tools. The first shape was added with the Filled Shape tool using a 2-pixel black border, a light yellow to dull yellow fill and blue text. The first object was copied and altered using the Edit Object tool.
Capture Professional Window Areas
- These are the three default toolbars. The Macro and Convert toolbars are presently hidden. Toolbars contain colorful 24x24 32-bit alpha blended buttons. Toolbars can be moved and fully customized.
- This is the Capture Options pane. It presently docked which means that it will not slide up into the main window until the pin in the upper right corner is clicked. This tab configures basic screen capture functionality.
- This is the Tool Palette pane. It is presently hidden. Clicking on the tab will cause the Tool Palette pane to slide out to allow a drawing tool (used only for images) to be selected and configured. More Information
- This is a tab bar. It is used to select the current image window or video window. In this screen shot, a video capture was just performed on Windows Add Hardware wizard. Clicking on the Single Image 4 tab would display a still image that was also captured. Additional tab bars can be added if you need to compare images or videos.
- This is the video toolbar. It controls playback of the captured video and allows a range of frames to be selected for saving
- This is the video track bar. It shows the position of the currently displayed video frame within the video.
- This is the Media pane. It is presently hidden. Clicking on the tab will capture the Media pane to slide out to allow media to be configured for Capture Professional's drawing tools. Solid color, faded, color, hatch pattern, texture, gradient and effect media can be chosen. More Information
